NPS Driver Analysis
A high street bank wanted to better understand the core drivers of satisfaction and advocacy for their customers and the wider competitor set. Two years of data (12,000 records) were modelled using correlations, linear regression, and decision tree analysis. A data model was developed that allowed the bank to explore the impact of performance changes on NPS. The outputs allowed the bank to not only set realistic targets but enabled a change management system to achieve their goals
Commercial & Corporate Banking Segmentation
A major high street wanted to develop a more differentiated business banking proposition. Internally held data across the bank for merged to develop a fuller picture of each customer. This data was appended with primary research data. The data was segmented using K-means and Two step algorithms. Segmentation solutions were developed for the Commercial and Corporate bank. The work was instrumental in the development of new operational models across the bank.
Establishing a new measure of satisfaction for The National Road User Survey
Transport Focus was required to set up a new measure of road satisfaction. To inform its thinking about the design of this new measure, Transport Focus wished to conduct analysis of the last four years of data from the National Road Users Satisfaction Survey. Using correlation and linear regression core drivers of satisfaction were identified.
Lunch box ‘treats’ price sensitivity / revenue forecast
A food manufacturer wanted to explore the opportunity to repacked a convenience product with a view to targeting the lunch box market. Products test were conducted resulting in a price sensitivity meter. The results were modelled to estimate the sales volume opportunity at launch, mid stage and product maturity.
Identifying levers that fuel growth in the FMCG market
A British biscuit manufacturer wanted to identify the opportunity for growth and levers to fuel such within the Shortbread market. A MaxDiff exercise was carried out to establish preference / importance scores when choosing Shortbread, specifically in terms of: recipe adaptations, biscuit and packaging aesthetics and in-store marketing. The outputs from the exercise informed future product development and in-store marketing campaigns.
